What is Saya?

Saya is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for online merchants who run their store on Facebook and Instagram. Once a merchant connects their Facebook Page through Facebook Login for Business, Saya surfaces every Messenger conversation and post comment in a unified admin inbox, automatically extracts phone numbers from order-intent comments, drafts a pending order for the merchant to confirm, and dispatches the delivery — all from one dashboard.

Comments that contain a phone number are parsed with libphonenumber, normalised to E.164, and turned into a draft order pending the merchant's confirmation.

Orders & delivery

Tenant isolation

Every record carries an organization_id. Merchants never see each other's comments, orders, or customer data.

Encrypted at rest

Page Access Tokens, delivery credentials, and SMS API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never written to logs.

GDPR-style data deletion

Meta's data deletion callback is implemented end-to-end. Users can request anonymisation at /legal/data-deletion.
